Lyxor launches two smart-beta income ETFs

Lyxor Asset Management has unveiled two smart-beta income exchange-traded products, the Lyxor FTSE UK Quality Low Vol Dividend and Lyxor FTSE US Quality Low Vol Dividend UCITS ETFs.

The ETFs have a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.19% and will track indices put together by FTSE Russell. Update: Lyxor cuts fees on another three European ETFs The ETFs will select stocks with the highest scores for quality, low volatility and yield factors, while capping each stock at a maximum of 5% of the portfolio to maintain diversification. The UK ETF has 112 stocks in the portfolio with a current yield of 3.63%, while the US version has 150 holdings with a yield of 2.94%.
