SJP's Ralph joins Witan Pacific trust board as non-exec director

Trust also welcomes new chair

Chris Ralph, chief investment officer at St James's Place, has been appointed as a non-executive director on the board of the £200m Witan Pacific investment trust.

The board noted Ralph has over 30 years' experience in the financial services sector and extensive knowledge and experience of the Asia Pacific region. It said Ralph's appointment strengthens its "disciplined process of selecting Witan Pacific's portfolio managers". Ralph, who is also chair of the Asia Investment Committee at St James's Place, will join the board in making decisions regarding its multi-manager investment approach to identify the best opportunities from across the entire Asia Pacific (including Japan) region.
