Old Mutual Wealth has appointed Tim Tookey, chairman of Alliance Trust Savings, as a non-executive director in one of three board appointments.

Tookey (pictured) has been chairman of Alliance Trust Savings since June 2016, having previously worked as chief financial officer for Friends Life from 2012 to 2015. Old Mutual Wealth has appointed Tookey as a non-executive director, as well as chair of the board audit committee. Old Mutual Wealth, which is in the process of a managed separation from the wider Old Mutual group, has also appointed Rosie Harris and George Reid as independent non-executive directors.
