RobecoSAM appoints CEO

Sustainable investments specialist RobecoSAM has appointed Aris Prepoudis as CEO, to start in January.

Prepoudis takes over the role from Reto Schwager, who has led the firm as interim CEO since August this year. Schwager will continue his role as global head of private equity and as a member of the executive committee. Most recently, Prepoudis was CEO at Vescore, an asset manager specialising in sustainable and quantitative investments. Prior to that, he was head of the institutional client business unit at Notenstein Privatbank, where he led the consolidation of all the asset management activities of Raiffeisen Switzerland into Notenstein Asset Management.
