Tottenham Hotspur football club to trade on UK online platform

Move follows previous transparency and liquidity issues

Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur has given shareholders the opportunity to trade its shares on the online trading platform Asset Match.

The club's shares were initially transferred to a Match Bargaining Service from the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in January 2012, but this created problems with transparency and liquidity for investors.
