James Hambro & Partners has hired former Quilter Cheviot head of sales Glenn Hawksbee as head of financial intermediary sales.

Hawksbee worked at Quilter Cheviot for 17 years and previously spent six years at investment firm Albert E Sharp, which was later acquired by Old Mutual. At James Hambro, which was founded in 2010, Hawksbee will be responsible for ensuring the firm's proposition is tailored to the adviser community. The firm offers offers a bespoke portfolio service, model portfolio solutions and portfolio population for groups that use third party risk profiling and strategic asset allocation services.
