Invesco PowerShares expands capital markets team with Vanguard hire

Invesco PowerShares has made two hires to its capital markets team, including Jim Goldie from Vanguard as head of ETF capital markets - EMEA.

Goldie (pictured) will be responsible for managing the group's EMEA capital markets team and driving its strategy, as well as maintaining connections with market makers and stock exchanges throughout the region. He previously worked at Vanguard Asset Management as ETF and capital markets specialist. Prior to this, he held positions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. The ETF provider has also appointed Michael Delew as ETF capital markets research analyst. He moves from its US office, where he has worked for five years.
