Fund exposed to EM consumer growth

Steve Davies, manager of the £1.7bn Jupiter UK Growth fund, has been looking for alternative ways to access the consumer growth story in emerging markets, despite the recent sell-off, by adding to exposure outside the UK.

Davies (pictured) said he is still favouring the emerging markets consumer through his UK positions but has been adding to positions outside of the FTSE to gain exposure to the growing trend. The stocks in his portfolio that he expects to benefit from the growing consumer trend in emerging markets include Apple, Manchester United, Adidas, Reebok, and BMW.
