F&C has launched a global real estate securities fund, managed by Alban Lhonneur and Marcus Phayre-Mudge.
The F&C Global Real Estate Securities fund will fit into the existing F&C property range. This includes F&C Property Growth and Income, Real Estate Securities, and the Real Estate Equity Long Short fund. The new UCITS-compliant, UK-domiciled OEIC will use an enhanced long strategy to invest in global real estate securities markets, with the objective of delivering a total return greater than the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Global index.
