Schroders has hard-closed Paul Marriage's Cazenove UK Smaller Companies fund following a wave of inflows into the product which saw it breach the £1bn mark.
Having already seen AUM surge prior to Schroders' takeover of Cazenove, Marriage's highly successful strategy has doubled in size once more over the last six months, now standing at £1.06bn. As a result, Schroders will close it to any further investment in January.
