Liontrust unveils offshore version of Special Sits fund

Liontrust is to launch an offshore version of its popular Special Situations unit trust early next month.

Run by managers Julian Fosh and Anthony Cross (pictured), the existing onshore fund remains one of the best performers in the UK equities space, delivering 26% to investors in the last year against an average return of 14.4%. It has gathered £550m in assets since launch, and the group is now moving to meet demand from international investors with the offshore fund which launches next week.
