Red Light Runners plc, an EIS raising funds for a film of the same name, has restructured its offering, raising intermediary commission from 3% to 4.6% for inflows of £100,000 or more. Micky Rourke and Eddie Izzard have also all been signed up to star in the heist movie, which already boasts a strong US/UK cast list, including Michael Madsen and Martin Kemp.
