Arc is offering a structured product based on residential bricks and mortar valuations. The six-year Arc Bricks and Mortar Plan tracks the Halifax House Price Index and offers full capital protection. Investors receive a profit if the index closes at or above 70% of its initial level, paying any growth over this plus 30% with no cap. If it is below this level at the end of the term, initial capital is still returned in full. Minimum investment is £3,600 up to a maximum £2m and the deadline is 21 August.
