Chorion, the intellectual property and bars and nightclubs operator, is still looking to demerge the two areas into separately listed companies, but feels market conditions are not yet right. Chairman John Conlan says progress has been made in the Bars Nightclubs division, particularly in Manchester and Birmingham. The company is widening its development horizons in the UK and considering taking the brand to Europe and looking for further opportunities in London's West End. Rurnover was up 15% on the Intellectual Property side.
