Foreign & Colonial had its best day of sales on 19 July since it launched the Higher Income Plan (HIP) back in 1993. The group took in £1.5m in net sales across its three structured products, HIP, Blue and With Prospects. Philip Childs, head of UK retail at the group, said investor appetite for lower risk products was fuelling this demand.
