David Jacob is to join Henderson Global Investors as head of fixed income. As the group now has individual heads of equities, fixed interest, property and private capital, the role of chief investment officer is no longer needed and Ian Buckley is therefore leaving the group in March 2005. Jacob previously worked at UBS Asset Management.
