What do we really need from the new leader of the Labour Party?

When Ed Miliband lost the General Election there appeared to be an almost universal sigh of relief in our industry. Vote Grouse: An alternative election manifesto Labour had appeared to be anti-business and Miliband had the image of being a closet Marxist for suggesting a cap on energy prices and a mansion tax.
