GF International launches Chinese A-Share ETF

GF International Asset Management, the European division of GF Fund Management, has launched its first fund product, the GF International-FTSE China A UCITS ETF, giving investors exposure to A-shares.

Listed on the London Stock Exchange, the ETF will track the FTSE China A index, which consists of 779 company shares traded on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stockmarkets. Rebalancing quarterly, the physically-backed ETF has a total expense ratio of 0.80% and offers investors exposure to large- and mid-cap equities in China. It is the first investment product launched by a Europe-based Chinese asset manager.
