President-Elect Donald Trump has named billionaire investor Carl Icahn as special adviser on his planned overhaul of federal regulation.

Icahn, while not in an official government position, will be responsible for overseeing regulatory reform which Trump (pictured) has been keen to implement. The President-Elect has already threatened to revoke the Paris Agreement which Obama signed in 2015, cut funding to the Environmentaal Protection Agency (EPA) and deregulate the financial industry, including revoking the Dodd Frank Act.
