Hargreaves Lansdown launches Charitable Foundation

Replacing previous charity of the year scheme

Hargreaves Lansdown has launched its Charitable Foundation, replacing the group's previous charity of the year scheme.

The Foundation will support charities which focus on helping to grow the "four pillars" of society: the next generation, well-being, improving lives and communities. After an employee nomination and voting process, the HL Foundation trustees have decided to support the following four charities: •  The Prince's Trust, and the Youth Adventure Trust (The next generation) •  Cancer Research UK (Well-being) •  Guide Dogs for the Blind (Improving lives) •  Great Western Air Ambulance (Communities) CEO Ian Gorham (pictured) said: "The Foundation is an exciting new initiative whic...
