Schroders fixed income manager Isaac to depart

Gareth Isaac, a fixed income manager on the Global Multi-Sector team, is leaving Schroders after five years to pursue other opportunities.

He is a named manager on a number of onshore fixed income funds, including Schroder Strategic Bond and Absolute Return Bond, as well as offshore vehicles including the €893m Global Inflation Linked Bond fund. Schroders said Isaac's fund management responsibilities will be assumed by the team, under the leadership of senior portfolio manager Paul Grainger, and Bob Jolly, head of global macro strategy.
