Artemis team tackle 539-mile charity bike ride from London to Edinburgh

Raising money for Children with Cancer UK

Artemis fund managers and members of the sales team have taken on the challenge of an office-to-office cycle ride from London to Edinburgh in just six days to raise money for charity Children with Cancer UK.

The team is currently in training for the ride, which will start on 10 September, and covers 539 miles in just under a week. Each day, team members will be in the saddle for seven/eight hours and will burn roughly 5,000 calories. Their route is as follows: Day one: London to Cambridge - 67 miles, 3,800ft climbing Day two: Cambridge to Lincoln - 107 miles, 3,260ft Day three: Lincoln to Harrogate - 99 miles, 2,860ft Day four: Harrogate to Durham - 92 miles, 5,600ft Day five: Durham to Berwick - 107 miles, 7,444ft Day six: Berwick to Edinburgh - 67 miles, 4,180ft ...
