Coram AM to be acquired by MitonOptimal International

Reuniting with former colleagues

MitonOptimal International is set to acquire Coram Asset Management in a deal which will reunite the managers with former colleagues, Investment Week can reveal.

The Guernsey-headquartered fund management group has agreed to acquire the UK fund management company that was co-founded by the late Martin Gray and James Sullivan in January 2015. The deal is subject to FCA approval and will reunite the Coram team with former colleagues at MitonOptimal, in a relationship that dates back more than a decade.
