Kames boosts distribution team with new role for Carter

Expansion of wholesale capabilities

Kames Capital has promoted Sam Carter to head of global financial institutions-wholesale in a newly-created position.

Carter (pictured), who has worked in the wholesale distribution team at Kames since January 2013, will report to director of wholesale Steve Kenny. The role will seek to co-ordinate the company's activity with global financial institutions as Kames seeks to build on its distribution success. Prior to Kames, Carter worked as Matrix Asset Management as a business development manager and at Fidelity International.
