Hargreaves expands MM range with Strategic Assets launch

Hargreaves Lansdown is extending its multi-manager product suite with the launch of a Strategic Assets vehicle next month.

Managed by Roger Clark and David Smith, the fund will invest in equities, bonds and commodities with a long-term strategic outlook rather than tactical asset allocation. It aims to produce long-term capital growth while offering protection during stockmarket falls. The current yield on the fund is 0.13%. According to an initial asset allocation, the fund will hold 35% in equities, 44% in bonds, 16% in cash, 4% in commodities and 2% in other assets.
