Brunner trust's Thomas: We need to be more 'mature' about China

Allianz Global Investors' Jeremy Thomas, co-manager of the Brunner investment trust, said there are still opportunities for investors in China, despite concerns about a growth slowdown.

Thomas (pictured), who runs the £307m global trust with Lucy Macdonald, said he is concerned about the overall health of China's financial system and infrastructure, but investors should remember reforms in the country are  continuing. "There is this idea that you can't invest in companies in a country that is slowing down, but I would say we need to be more mature about that.
