Dampier nets £650k from latest Hargreaves stake sale

Gardhouse also sells shares

Hargreaves Lansdown's Mark Dampier and Lee Gardhouse have sold another £650,000 and £500,000 worth of shares in the company, respectively, after exercising share options.

The move follows similar sales earlier this year for both the research director Dampier (pictured) and multi-manager Gardhouse. In a stock exchange announcement, the group said Dampier had exercised his options on 25 September at an exercise price of 687p. The following Monday, the research director sold a total of 52,441 ordinary shares at a price of £12.20 per share, amounting to £639,791. Dampier still holds 807,297 of ordinary shares, representing 0.17% of the total in issue, but has also cancelled 1,312 shares in the Save As You Earn 2014 scheme, leaving him with 118,752 shares h...
