TIME Investments launches retail commercial property fund

TIME Investments has launched a new property fund offering retail investors access to commercial freeholds.

The new TIME:Commercial Freehold fund will be co-managed by managing director Nigel Ashfield and acquisitions and portfolio director Patrick Grant, who joined TIME from CBRE. The product targets an annual distribution of 4%, with the potential for capital growth by investing in long-term positions in commercial freeholds.
