BlackRock's Catherine Raw, co-manager of the group's World Mining trust, is to exit the business next month.
The news emerged on the day the trust issued its 12-month results, which showed 2014 had been a challenging year for the portfolio Raw (pictured) will be leaving her role on 30 April to take up a corporate position within the mining sector. She will be replaced on the trust by Olivia Markham, who will co-manage it with Evy Hambro. Markham joined BlackRock's natural resources team in 2011 and has 11 years of industry experience, having formerly been the head of European mining research at UBS.
