Jupiter's Stephen Mitchell has taken over management of Simon Somerville's Global Managed fund and plans to overhaul the portfolio.
Investment Week previously reported that Somerville is to exit the business, which was incorrect. We sincerely apologise for this error. Somerville is head of strategy, Japan equity, overseeing the group's Japanese equity team. He joined the business in 2005, having previously worked at Cazenove Fund Management as head of global and Japan equities. Mitchell (pictured) who joined the group in February as head of strategy, global equities, will take over the £321m Jupiter Global Managed fund from 2 March.
