Baillie Gifford's Sneller gets co-manager on £550m EM Growth fund

Mike Gush has been promoted to co-manager on Baillie Gifford's Emerging Markets Growth fund alongside Richard Sneller.

The £545m fund has been managed by Sneller (pictured) since 2005 and reopened last year following a drop in assets on the fund after its 2011 soft-closure. Gush has been part of Baillie Gifford's emerging markets equity team since 2005 and runs the Greater China fund. He was also manager of the Pacific Horizon Investment Trust from 2009 to 2014, and managed the Baillie Gifford Pacific open-ended fund between 2008 and 2010.
