Aviva adds four more to multi-asset team

Aviva Investors has again added to its multi-asset team as it prepares to go head to head with Standard Life Investments' GARS product.

The group has hired Wei-Jin Tan from State Street Global Investors and Mary Nicola as an investment strategist based in Singapore, covering Asian equity, fixed income and FX markets. It has also made two internal appointments: Trevor Leydon, previously head of investment risk, fixed income, has become head of investment risk and portfolio construction; and Ben Maynard, also from the fixed income desk, has taken the role of head of equity derivatives.
