Armstrongs mull future of business as divorce looms

The co-founders of Armstrong Investment Managers are in talks over the future of the business as the power couple goes through a divorce.

Investment Week understands Ana and Patrick Armstrong are in contact with the regulator as they determine whether they will split the business following their separation. Meanwhile, the firm is considering removing the Distinction branding on several of its funds and bringing them under the Armstrong banner to make the product offering clearer and less confusing. Its flagship funds are the IM Distinction Diversified Real Return (DRR) fund and the Armstrong Diversified Dynamic Solution (DDS) fund.
