Fund of funds veteran Ken Kinsey-Quick is leaving F&C Investments at the end of March, the group has announced.
He has been replaced by Ben Fox, previously a founder and fund manager at Goodhart Partners. Fox has managed an absolute return fixed income strategy at Goodhart since its inception in 2007, which will also move across to F&C. Kinsey-Quick, head of multi‐manager alternatives at the firm, leaves after a decade of service. He joined in January 2003 to establish the Thames River fund of hedge funds business. Last month F&C announced plans to close Kinsey-Quick's £54m Multi Hedge fund, which will return cash to shareholders later this month. The firm said shareholders have opted...
