Third party distributor Gemini and TwentyFour Asset Management have ended their partnership after three years.
TwentyFour's distribution will be led by John Magrath, head of the group's retail business, who joined from F&C Investments last year.
Gemini will now focus on managing the marketing and distribution for Newscape Capital.
Stuart Alexander, managing director of Gemini, said: "We have worked with TwentyFour over the last three years and they have come to the conclusion that now is the time to develop their own distribution.
"Gemini's core value is bringing exciting fund products, usually only available to institutional clients, to the wider market, and with TwentyFour their success is our success."
