Alexander Krapivko, manager of the newly launched Renaissance Russian Equity Allocation fund, will be among the speakers at Investment Week's exclusive Rising Stars event on 7 September in London.
The UCITS fund, which was launched in July, targets outperformance of the MSCI Russia 10/40 index and sits alongside the existing top quartile Renaissance Emerging Europe fund run by CIO Plamen Monovski.
Moscow-based Krapivko has been managing Russian equity portfolios in the same style for private clients of Renaissance Asset Managers for the last four years.
Other speakers at the Rising Stars event include: Fidelity's Alex Wright, Leon Svejgaard Pedersen, manager of the Nordea 1 - Emerging Consumer fund and representatives from TwentyFour Asset Management.
