Ex-LVAM multi-manager Tom Caddick and colleague Toby Vaughan have joined Santander Asset Management.
The appointments, which were first announced in October, will see Caddick take on the head of multi-manager role, after former head Keith Speck left the firm last year.
Vaughan joins the group as a fund manager, assisting Caddick across the whole multi-manager range.
He was formerly a principal fund manager within LVAM's multi-manager team.
John Bearman, chief investment officer at Santander, says: "We are committed to the multi-manager approach and view this as a key area of growth for the business.
"With the arrival of Tom and Toby and the expertise that they bring, we look forward to strengthening our multi-manager offering and to building upon our strong performance in this sector to date."
