Midas Capital business development director David Thomas will leave the group at the end of next month.
Thomas, who joined the company in 2004, currently oversees sales and distribution of the Midas and Miton Asset Management fund ranges.

He will be replaced by current business development manager John Alexander, who will take on the head of sales position.
"David has been with the business since 2004, and has made a significant contribution to the development of Midas Capital Partners Ltd and more recently Midas Capital plc We wish him well for the future," Midas Capital plc executive chairman Colin Rutherford says.
"John is a highly experienced individual and his new role will ensure that the group's sales continue as we seek to increase sales for the range of Midas and Miton funds."
