Former Framlington CIO Neil Birrell and chief executive Mike Vogel have set up a Cayman Islands-domiciled fund of hedge funds listed in Dublin. The pair, along with former head of research at Brinson Nick Measham, have established a business called Elcot Capital Management, with the Elcot fund currently comprising the private wealth of the three, along with money from some private investors.
