Alliance Trust Savings is appointing Rob Burgess as its managing director.
Burgess joins on 16 February. His previous roles included managing the retail and business banking sectors of Lloyds TSB Scotland, in addition to being the regional director for its retail banking business in London and the South East.
Between these roles he was also strategic future business programme director at Scottish Widows.
Alliance Trust Savings is a subsidiary of Alliance Trust, the UK's largest generalist investment trust.
