Credit Suisse is looking at making its property products available to the retail market after hiring of David King as head of UK real estate. King joined at the end of September and has begun to rebuild the division, which has £850m under management, including hiring three additional members to the team. Martin Lamb has joined from Capital & Regional to be responsible for UK and Irish assets and Matthew Cunliffe and Andrew Hills join from Prupim, Prudential’s real estate subsidiary, as portfolio manager and to lead business development respectively.
