M&G has promoted Sam Lynes from the institutional sales team to the role of business development manager for the London region, with immediate effect. He will report to director of advisory sales Greg Mullins. Jonathan Willcocks, M&G’s managing director UK sales, said Lynes’ role would be to provide on the ground, face-to-face support for IFAs. The internal move comes as part of M&G’ s drive to broaden the accessibility of its fund range to the IFA marketplace through platforms and supermarkets, and by bolstering its sales and marketing team.
