Today, many emerging markets are grappling with low commodity prices, sensitivity to the US Federal Reserve’s latest utterance, and tweaks in the price of the dollar.  In contrast, Vietnam and Pakistan, are very much the architects of their own fortunes, reaping the benefit of their own structural reforms and with young populations feeding a consumer-driven consumption boom.
