UK economic recovery: Have we learned from our mistakes?

After six long years, the UK's economy is finally expected to exceed its 2008 peak in the next few months. But as the nation resurfaces from the lengthy hangover of the financial crisis, will it fall into old bad habits or have we learned from our mistakes?
